  • Where is Titan Self Storage located? We are located at 7102 Hwy. 200, Missoula, MT 59802.
  • What are the gate access hours? Current tenants can access their units daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • When is the office open? Our off-site office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Unit Sizes & Features

  • What storage unit sizes are available? We offer a variety of sizes to suit different needs:
  1. 5' x 10': Fits a dresser, small mattress set, and boxes. Ideal for garden tools or sports equipment.
  2. 10' x 10': Fits contents of a family room or two full bedrooms.
  3. 10' x 15': Fits contents of three full bedrooms and larger items like pianos or couches.
  4. 10' x 20': Similar capacity to the 10x15 but with more depth for extra boxes or furniture.
  5. 10' x 25': Large unit capable of fitting a two-bedroom house's contents, a car, or a truck. (Similar size to a large one-car garage).

  • What are the door dimensions for the units? Most units feature a 6'8" high door. Door widths vary by unit size, typically ranging from roughly 3 feet wide for smaller units to 8 feet wide for larger units.
  • Do you offer outdoor storage? Yes. We have outdoor parking spaces available for rent:
  1. 12' x 30'
  2. 12' x 40'
Note: These spots are primarily for RVs, boats, and trailers. Availability may vary.

Renting & Payments

  • Can I rent a unit online? Yes! You can select your unit, enter your billing info, and confirm your rental entirely online 24/7 through our "Renting Made Easy" system.
  • How do I pay my bill? You can pay your bill online 24/7. We aim to make the process hassle-free with an easy-to-use website for payments.
  • Are there any move-in specials? We occasionally offer specials, such as our current winter special at 90% off the 1st month for 12x30 &  12x40 for open space (outdoor) storage. Periodically, check our website for offers.

Policies & Security

  • Can I live in my storage unit or RV on the property? No. There is absolutely no living on-site in RVs, trailers, or storage units.
  • Is the facility secure? Yes, we pride ourselves on providing clean and secure self-storage.
  • Are there restrictions on outdoor storage? Yes. Renting outdoor space for RVs, boats, or trailers requires prior approval. These spaces cannot always be rented directly online; you may need to call to rent or be placed on a waiting list.
